CatSearch and many of the individual databases have filter options that allow you to narrow your results to only articles from peer-reviewed journals.

Just be aware that peer-reviewed journals sometimes also publish editorials, letters to the editors, news bulletins and others that are not themselves peer-reviewed. So don't take the system's word for it, you have to make your own judgment.
