Q. What is a "read & publish agreement"? Does the MSU Library have any?

A Read & Publish agreement is a contract that gives MSU users full access to journal content and allows MSU authors to publish open access articles at no cost in eligible journals.

The MSU Library has several of these agreements in place. A list of current agreements is available on the MSU Library website.
